Electronic Messaging Center (EMC)
The Red Rock Historical Association Electronic Messaging Center was made possible thanks to funding support from Union Pacific Railroad Foundation and the Gladewater Economic Development Corporation (GEDCo).
The EMC, driven by RRHA's mission, is a tool that any and all members from the community can utilize to broadcast messages of encouragement and support.
